Who am I
My work has always lived at the intersection of people, presence, and purpose.
I began my career as a hair and makeup artist, working closely with clients during moments of change, transitions, reinvention, weddings and milestones. In that space, something unexpected revealed itself. Clients often confided in me they hadn’t shared with anyone else. They asked for my perspective, my presence, and sometimes simply to be heard. I was always careful with the guidance I offered, yet time and time again I was met with gestures of gratitude, not for what I did, but for how I made them feel: seen, safe, and understood.
These interactions sparked a deep interest in human mind and behavior. I became curious about the choices people make, their careers, lifestyles, communication patterns, and health, and why these varied so widely. I was particularly interested in how mindset, connection, and self-awareness influence the quality of a persons life and relationship.
That curiosity led me into vocational education, obtaining a qualification as a trainer and assessor, training hundreds of students of ages 16-60. Through this process, I deepened my understanding of how people learn, process information, build confidence, and develop capability - further expanding my interest in the human mind and behavior. I moved into mentoring, and later into leadership roles, guiding teams and students while continuing to work as a freelance artist to remain connected to industry practice.
Along the way I studied personal training thinking this would complete the puzzle, I worked in a gym for 12mths, though the yearning for more remained & later, interior design - which fulfilled part of my curiosity about how people relate to their environments. Yet beneath all of this, there remained a quiet persistent inner knowing that there was something more, calling to be integrated.
In the midst of profound grief and emotional trauma, a calling emerged, not as a choice, but as a necessity. It became a catalyst for profound inner transformation. A decade-long pilgrimage, inward. I devoted myself to healing through deep personal work, study and embodied practice. Moving through therapy, teachings and studying courses for deeper understanding. I was not searching for escape, but for truth, wholeness and transformation that could be lived and sustained.
The pursuit became a daily form of learning and applying skills - It was through this journey that I found my way to breath-work, nervous system regulation and transformational therapy. These practices brought everything together - body, mind, and lived experience, offering grounded, sustainable pathway to clarity, balance and resilience.
Today I help people feel safe enough to trust themselves again. My work supports the shift from fear into confidence, courage, and grounded clarity. Through embodied, nervous system informed work, I guide my clients toward real transformation, not by pushing changes, but restoring the inner conditions where changes becomes possible.
I work with individuals who are ready to meet themselves with honesty, compassion, and presence. Healing begins when we feel safe enough to return to ourselves.
