    Description A personalised, holistic session designed to support and regulate the nervous system using an integrative blend of evidence-informed modalities tailored to each client’s needs. Whether delivered one-on-one or in a small group, the session prioritises safety, nervous system regulation and practical tools that promote lasting resilience.

    Individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, sleep disturbance, sensory overload, burnout or dysregulation.

    Groups seeking shared practical strategies for stress management (families, workplace teams, support circles).

    What to expect

    Intake and assessment: Brief review of history, current stressors, baseline state and goals to guide a tailored plan.

    Polyvagal-informed approach: Interventions chosen to gently downregulate hyperarousal or support activation from hypoaroused states, respecting each client’s window of tolerance.

    Somatic techniques: Guided breathwork, grounding exercises, gentle interoceptive awareness and movement to re-establish body–brain safety cues.

    Nervous system interventions: Slow rhythm breathing, paced engagement practices, sensory modulation (sound, touch, temperature) and co-regulation when appropriate.

    Mind–body integration: Short mindfulness, visualisation and compassion-focused exercises to integrate regulatory gains.

    Customisation for groups: Facilitated practices that honour individual pace within a supportive group container; options for breakout or individual check-ins as needed.

    Aftercare plan: Written summary of personalised strategies, practice suggestions and referrals if further support is recommended.

    Duration and format

    Private session: 60–90 minutes (recommended initial session 90 minutes for comprehensive assessment).

    Group session: 60–90 minutes for up to 6 participants (smaller groups preferred for nervous-system-informed work).
